Tourists can visit quite an unusual attraction in Turkey. According to the specialists of the Dangerousroads.org site, the D915 highway, which runs from the Turkish town of Bayrut, is recognized as one of the most dangerous roads in the world. The total length of the track is 106 kilometers, it includes 29 very sharp turns and is located at an altitude of 1829 meters. But the most amazing thing is that it was built by Russian soldiers back in 1916.
The steepness of the corners is so high that in some places it is very difficult to fit into them with one movement of the steering wheel. Hazard points are also added by the absence of any limiters - bumpers and barriers along the edge. In fact, it will not be possible to save a car that did not fit into the turn. Today the route, despite its danger, is used by local residents, and you can see almost any type of road transport here.
But in Italy, the panoramic road, from which a beautiful view of the sea opens up, was decided to assign the status of cultural value. The trail, called the "Roads of Love", runs through the territory of the National Park "Cinque Terre" and is now included in the list of the country's cultural heritage.
As a reminder, since 2012, the road has been temporarily closed to tourists after several guests from Australia suffered a landslide here. Three years later, the trail again accepts lovers and all those who are not indifferent to the picturesque landscapes of the sunny country.
